Alex has 20+ years of experience in startup operations and investing. He co-founded TechTO and launched AngelList Ventures in Canada. With two successful exits as an operator and experience across major tech hubs, Alex is an industry leader. He holds a B.Comm from McGill and an MBA from Wharton.

Doug Penick
Partner
Doug brings nearly 20 years of experience from Goldman Sachs, where he was Managing Director in Credit Derivative Sales. Now, he leads investor relations at N49P, finding new LPs and delivering tailored solutions. Doug holds a B.Comm from McGill University and is an active member of the Andover Development Board.

Omar has over a decade of experience in venture capital and corporate venture capital, having directly deployed more than $100M. With significant board experience, he has raised $300M for his companies and successfully scaled multiple international markets. Omar holds a B.Comm in Finance from UBC and an MBA from Ivey Business School.
